When we say for all, we really mean it. Classes such as Y KIDS Play, Yoga, Cycle and Aquafit are just to name a few among the popular classes. We have classes starting from ages 2 and up and even classes the entire family can enjoy together!

It’s easy to get discouraged when you don’t have a memorized workout of your own to follow, but in group exercise classes, there’s no need to worry about memorizing anything. Let the professionals handle that! With classes offered from our fitness partners, Silver Sneakers, LesMills and Zumba, you have the luxury of following along and focusing entirely on your workout whilst getting professional advice and correction on your form.
Safety is our top priority here at the Y. We want everyone to reach their fitness goals whilst being safe. Face masks are required for high intensity classes and social distancing is practiced throughout all our facilities. We’ve even increased our cleaning measures by closing during the middle of the day for a thorough, deep clean.
With so many group fitness classes offered at the Y, there’s something for everyone.
