Summerlin Parks to Explore Outside the Y

Enjoying the outdoors through a hike, bike ride and playing at parks is an excellent way to have quality family time. You get to enjoy the sun, fresh air, and discover new public spaces while you bond with the family. When you can make it to the Y, you can explore these Summerlin parks for quality outdoor adventures:

Arbors Tennis & Play Park

Arbors Village is home to five well-lit tennis courts where children and adults can practice their tennis skills. The park also has a tennis program for both kids and adults, making it ideal for a family hangout. Children can also enjoy playing on the slides and play area before taking a bike ride in the designated tricycle track. In case you’re exploring Summerlin parks for a picnic, Arbors Park has excellent facilities.

Fox Hill Park

Paseo Village is home to Fox Hill Park, which offers an array of play facilities for the whole family. If you’re looking to sneak in a workout with play in a Summerlin Parks, consider Fox Hill Park. Here, you’ll find climbing towers, zip lines, disc golf courses, swings, climbing forts, and spinning machines. You can rest on the grass and enjoy the views of the sprawling play park before taking long walks on the trails with your loved ones.

Gardens Park & Pool

Head over to the Garden Village and explore this 18-acre adventure park for family fun. The tennis, basketball and volleyball courts are excellent for practicing your skills and having fun with the family. As with other Summerlin parks, Gardens Park has a picnic area and an open lawn area. There is also a play area for the kids to climb, slide and play in the sand.

Mesa Park

Located in the Mesa Village, Mesa Park provides adequate amenities for family time as other Summerlin Parks. Your kids will adore the tot lot as they slide and climb until their hearts are content. You can enjoy some hits at the tennis courts, which are well-lit for night games. Be sure to take the young ones to the little league baseball courts before trying some hoops in the basketball court.

Oak Leaf Park

The Cliffs Village is home to Oak Leaf Park. The park extends on more than five acres of land and features pickleball courts, open areas, a lawn, and picnic pavilions. Imagine all the picnics you can enjoy with the family. On other days, you can bring the kids to the playground and climbing towers while you enjoy strolls in the park.

Trails Park & Pool

Drive by the Trails Village and enjoy one of Summerlin’s largest parks. The Trails Park sits on more than 15 acres of land and features extensive lawns, a community center, a meadow, and excellent picnic facilities. You can also enjoy some baseball, softball, swimming, and a wading pool for the kids.

The Y Las Vegas
